NOTICE: Housing Privatization at Sheppard AFB: Offerors
are advised that the Wichita Falls Board of Commerce and Industry now
owns 38.32 acres of land adjacent to Parcel C, Capehart, on Sheppard
AFB. The Board is willing to sell the property to the Successful Offeror
of the AETC Group I Housing Privatization project for $325,000. This
is raw land without infrastructure but is suitable for housing development
if the Successful Offeror feels the need to acquire it to facilitate
their project. The Point of Contact is Mr. Tim Chase, President, Wichita
